The problem

YouTube Studio shows half the picture.

The dashboards that pay you don't talk to each other. By the time you've copied the numbers into a spreadsheet, one of them has already changed.

YouTube Studio Reports AdSense and revenue share — and nothing you earn anywhere else.
Patreon Shows recurring patron income in its own UI, with no link back to which video drove the new signups.
Brand deals & sponsor wires Usually invoiced, sometimes paid late, almost never land in the same dashboard as your AdSense payout.
TikTok / X / Twitch Creator Fund, payouts, ads revenue share — each in a separate tab, each with its own reporting delay.
What's in it for YouTube creators
YouTube AdSense sync
Daily and weekly breakdowns of the AdSense payouts YouTube Studio already shows you — pulled into the same view as everything else.
Channel memberships
Track recurring membership revenue alongside one-off AdSense payouts, so your MRR from YouTube is visible on the same dashboard as everything else.
Super Chat & Super Stickers
Live-stream revenue lands in the same daily or weekly bucket as your AdSense — no second spreadsheet to reconcile after a stream.
Watch-time-aware summaries
See which videos drove the spike — daily cuts let you ask "did my last upload make the cut," weekly cuts tell you whether the channel's whole shape is moving.
Brand deals as first-class revenue
Tag every sponsored upload as a YouTube revenue event — the sponsorship wire inflates the same weekly total, so it stops living in a separate invoice folder.
CSV export for sponsorships
Drop a clean weekly breakdown into the report your brand partner wants — no hand-built tables, no screenshots of YouTube Studio.

FAQ

YouTube creator questions

Quick answers about YouTube tracking inside Statify.

What YouTube analytics does Statify sync?
After a manual sync, Statify shows channel subscribers and total views plus views, likes, and comments for up to five recent videos. It does not import YouTube earnings such as AdSense, memberships, or Super Chat.
How do I connect YouTube and other platforms?
Authorize an eligible YouTube channel with Google OAuth and choose which channel to connect. Instagram, Patreon, Facebook, and Snapchat also support live analytics connections; TikTok, X, and Twitch do not currently provide live analytics.
How current is my YouTube data?
Data refreshes when you select Sync YouTube in the dashboard. Statify records the last successful sync; data does not refresh continuously.
Which subscription includes YouTube analytics?
YouTube is included on Solo ($19/month, 1 creator), Pro ($49/month, up to 5 creators), and Agency ($99/month, up to 15 creators). Sign in to use the dashboard; see /pricing for plan details.
